Our client are a 100% NZ asset management and funding business. Operating in the traditional leasing market, they are looking for a strong business development manager to join their sales team.
- New business development
- Relationship management
- Growing a pipeline of recurring and new business to a level that achieves your sales targets and KPIs.
- Ideally have a background in fleet sales/finance/leasing
- Experience in selling financial products within NZ
- Unwavering persistence to develop a sales pipeline of customers and convert them using well developed negotiation skills
- Understanding of business financials and general business challenges
- Strong account and relationship management skills
- Confident, professional, articulate with all interactions and presentations
- Initiative, vitality and high energy
