Full Job Description
Our client, a global banking organisation, is looking for a strong administrator to join their Custody & Clearing team.

THE ROLE
Customer service to assigned institutional clients for local and international client base.
Processing of market transactions, fixed income and corporate action events.
Daily client query management
Support the account opening for new and existing clients, ensuring onboarding expertise is developed
Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and policies as required, including Operational Risk.

ABOUT YOU
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline highly regarded.
Minimum of 1 years’ experience within the Financial Services industry (preferably Securities Services).
Strong client centric approach with proven ability to succeed in an SLA and client driven environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritise workloads.
Prior experience in team training and mentoring highly beneficial.
