Broker Develop Manager – The Role
Newly created BDM Mortgages role within expanding financial services group. This firm has global infrastructure, strong branding and commitment to expanding their NZ market. With excellent funding and competitive products, they can offer a unique range of lending products at a time where the main banks have less appetite for risk, with speed and efficiency without compromising quality or process.
The company is growing and this is a newly created role managing/developing an Auckland network of aggregator/broker channels across residential and investment lending. The aim is to achieve lending volume targets by maintaining successful relationship management of your broker relationships.
The role also focuses on providing credit/product support, training and advice to Brokers to assist with the applicaton process. You’ll enjoy developing strong stakeholder relationships, including implementing annual sales plans and constructive solutions for improving business practices, policy compliance & high ethical standards.
We seek proven broker/sales/relationship management experience in mortgage lending or SME business lending products, across banking or financial services. The role is on the road a lot, so a high degree of self motivation with a competitive attitude will be valued. Role offers an excellent base salary plus vehicle allowance and bonus structure.
