Business Analyst – Payments/ECommerce

12 week contract, potential permanent. Senior BA role creating customer onboarding and documentation systems on card transactions/payments platform.

Exciting, newly created BA role developing ecommerce based customer onboarding information across transactions, including AML and KYC data capture, information analysis and reporting, document systems process across an ecomm sales process. Be part of a very interesting implementation project across a new cards product and payments platform within a dynamic and growing on-line payments firm.

Analyse, develop and document customer onboarding and sales transaction process across on-line card payments and transactions. Set up documentation frameworks, engage with stakeholders for relevant information, write/create operational documentation and process with operational milestones across implementation and service. Strong stakeholder integration and partnership communication, plus internal/external strategic and operational project management.

Ideally you’ll have cards or payments BA experience from a bank, scheme, payments gateway or provider and looking for a step-up into a more autonomous role to lead a project implementation process. However if you’re an experience BA who understands how to liaise with stakeholders, research and gather business information and strong written and verbal communication skills to transfer this into quality documentation and processes, please feel free to apply as these skills are crucial to this role.

This is a 12 week contract role that may extend or potentially go permanent and this will depend on how long it takes to build the relevant frameworks and platform. Remuneration is negotiable depending on experience including either daily/weekly rate or pro-rata annual salary and can be discussed during the interview process.
