Business Development Manager – Mortgages

Exciting career move into a growing non-bank lending team offering a strong culture and professional service. This is a growth focused sales role, developing and expanding Auckland (and regional) broker and intermediary networks to increase origination through successful Broker relationships.  The role also covers credit, process and product training, so you’ll enjoy adding value by offering constructive solutions to improve flow of lending applications.

We ideally seek a BDM background from the residential Mortgage sector, ideally from a Bank or non-bank Lender, with strong Broker knowledge and networks. The role is relationship facing and therefore offers plenty of flexibility and independence, so a high degree of self motivation and well organised work style will be highly valued. On offer is an excellent base salary plus vehicle allowance and bonus structure, plus an exciting career path as this business has significant future growth plans.
