Unique opportunity, growing mortgage sales/BD team within expanding financial services group. This firm has extensive market expertise with trans-tasman infrastructure, strong branding and commitment to expanding their presence in the NZ market. With excellent funding and competitive products in place, they can offer a unique service, with speed and efficiency without compromising quality or process.
The company is growing and this is a newly created managing/developing a Christchurch network of broker relationships across mortgage origination. The aim is to achieve new business mortgage lending targets by maintaining successful account management of allocated broker relationships.
The role also focuses on providing credit and product support, training and scenario advice to Brokers to assist them with the application process through to settlement. You’ll enjoy developing strong stakeholder relationships, including implementing annual sales plans and constructive solutions for improving business practices, policy compliance & high ethical standards.
We seek proven sales/business development/relationship management experience preferably with knowledge of residential mortgage lending or SME business lending products, across banking or financial services. Whilst part of a newly created team, the role offers plenty of autonomy, so a high degree of self motivation with a competitive attitude will be valued. Role offers an excellent base salary plus vehicle allowance and bonus structure.
The Client is keen to engage before Xmas, however a New Year start is fully negotiable.
