Full Job Description

Newly created role, expanding Broker Development team within fast paced financial services group. The firm has extensive infrastructure, strong branding and commitment to expanding their presence in the NZ market. With excellent funding and innovative products, they can offer a unique proposition without compromising service quality or credit process.

The company is growing, so this is a newly created role to develop and manage a broker origination network across the designated regions. The aim is to achieve new business mortgage lending targets by maintaining successful account management of allocated/targeted mortgage/finance broker relationships.

The role also focuses on product support and presentation advice to Brokers to smooth the application process through to settlement. You’ll enjoy developing strong stakeholder relationships, including implementing annual sales plans and constructive solutions for improving business practices & high ethical standards.

We seek proven business development/relationship management experience within broker/residential mortgage channels across banking or financial services. Whilst part of a newly created team, the role offers plenty of autonomy, so a high degree of self motivation with a competitive attitude will be valued. Role offers an excellent base salary plus vehicle allowance and bonus structure.
