Their Auckland office is growing quickly. As a result, this is a newly created role managing/developing a regional network of broker relationships across mortgage origination. The aim is to achieve new business and mortgage lending targets by maintaining successful account management across allocated broker relationships.

The Role

The Channel Manager role focuses on technical credit support and product/process advice to Brokers to assist with conversion improvement, product knowledge and selling skills. You’ll enjoy developing strong working relationships with stakeholders including implementing annual sales plans for each individual broker. As well as constructive solutions for improving business practices, policy compliance and high ethical standards.

Therefore, we seek proven sales/relationship management experience with knowledge of residential mortgage lending products. Whilst part of a newly created and positive team, the role offers plenty of autonomy. So, you’ll need a high degree of self motivation, this with a competitive attitude will be valued. As a result, this role offers an excellent base salary plus vehicle allowance and performance bonus.
