Our Client is the financial services subsidiary of a leading global brand and household name in NZ. They are a successful business, with excellent services, a positive team culture and high bar for customer engagement. Reporting to the CEO and inside the executive leadership team, this is a rare opportunity to take on an exciting senior leadership role within the financial services industry.
This position plays a critical part in the forward leadership, empowerment and development of the sales and marketing team, to help grow market share across dealer/customer/stakeholder relationships and execute strategic ideas and operational change management sales strategies. The challenge is to take the team on the journey, plus hold an eye for detail and implementation across finance, budgets, operations and systems. Key requirements include:

- Building Dealer/SME/Corporate relationships
We’re seeking GM or National Sales Manager leadership experience from a large or complex organisation and someone who has excelled and worked cohesively within a senior leadership team. A Tertiary qualification and experience within the financial services sector is important, with fleet leasing/management, automotive or MV/Dealer background an advantage.
This role will suit a person keen to add fresh ideas and new impetus to an established business and bring their genuine passion and purpose to a firm who’s values are based on ambition, honesty and trust.
