This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Investment professional to join a growing property fund to expand their wholesale and retail financial advisory capability. As part of a forward-thinking team, you’ll play a pivotal role in engaging and managing Investors, plus leading the development of a bespoke Wealth Advisory team and driving growth.

Role Overview

This role will be key in building a small team of Financial Advisors over time, offering investment advice and services that align with the property investment lifecycle. Shorter term the role will actively engage with wholesale investors via marketing campaigns, direct networks and referrals. Working closley with senior leaderhship, you’ll also align strategic direction and growth across wider business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to build and grow the wealth advisory propisition
  • Develop and manage client relationships to deliver investment and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership team to align goals and initiatives.
  • Oversee the wider activities of the Wealth and Investor Relations team, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Qualified L5 Adviser in the Wholesale or Retail (Investment) space.
  • Prove sales orientation and leadership capability.
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with investors and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong hands-on investment advisory experience, with the ability to actively engage in sales and business development.
  • Comfortable working in a small business environment, bringing a hybrid mindset that blends strategic thinking with practical execution.
  • A genuine passion for property investment, and an eagerness to integrate additional products and services to enhance the investment lifecycle.

Ideal Profile:

We’re seeking someone with a strong interest in the property fund investment space, with the maturity and business acumen to build relationships with investors and grow a Wealth/Investor Relations team through sustained success.

The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, an ability to roll up their sleeves, and the desire to take hands-on responsibility while growing a talented team over time.
