The Company

This respected property investment firm offers property syndications to Retail & Wholesale Investors. They manage commercial property investment funds with equity raised from direct referrals, existing Clients, or Intermediaries such as accountants, solicitors and financial advisors. The company is also growing wider markets across mortgage broking and advisory channels.

The Role

This is a newly created leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, and working in their lead team, alongside the CFO and Head of Asset Management. The main focus is to grow and manage investor relationships, focussing on equity raising for commercial syndications, through developing high networth investor relationships and intermediary referral channels, whilst leading and developing a small team across investor relations and a mortgage advisory channel.

About You

You’ll have a confident attitude, with strong communication skills, and a strong relationship focus, looking for a role that’s hands-on with Investors, but also offers leadership and strategy. You’ll also a professional attitude, working closely with high-networth investors and wholesale investor entities. Ideally you’ll be tertiary qualified, and currently working in either Private Wealth, Property Investor Relations, Capital Raising, Private Banking, Funds Management Distribution or perhaps on the debt side across Property Finance or Mortgage Broking/Advisory.

The role will suit someone who can contribute in a hand-on way, who wants to add value within a bespoke team, plus diversify their leadership and strategic skills or potential. The position offers a top base salary plus bonus structure. There is also equity LTI’s within a company that is well established but also in growth mode.
