The Company
This growing organisation offers property syndications to Retail Investors. The fund raises capital to source further investment opportunities via direct referral, accountants, solicitors, financial advisors. The focus is to give investors a higher return than bank term deposits but without the risk v return of more speculative markets.
The Role
Working as part of a bespoke equity capital raising team, the main focus is to grow investor relationships and investment inflows through developing fresh intermediary referral channels and managing direct investor relationships.
About You
You’ll have a confident relationship style, with a strong sales focus and ideally a passion/interest equity raising and investor relationships across property development, plus a polished and professional attitude, given it’s a corporate environment. Ideally you’ll be tertiary qualified, with at least 5 years working across investment, capital raising, investor relations, wealth, funds management or property finance.
The role will suit someone who wants autonomy and variety working in a small team and to diversify their existing investment or property related background. The position offers a good base salary plus commission/bonus structure. There is room for career development as the firm is growing, with LTI’s and skin in the game.
