Investor Services Client Operations

As a result of the strong client and FUM growth, our client require an additional resource for its Auckland office to focus primarily on the support of their business.

THE ROLE

  • Provide excellent client service and client query handling via phone and email.
  • Process all client transaction requests and send to the Onboarding Team for review.
  • Adhere to all AML requirements for any client documentation.
  • Follow up on missing or incorrect information.
  • All other background processing and administrative tasks
  • Other Ad hoc duties and Project work

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in Investment Administration is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in client services support functions within the industry is essential
  • Strong attention to details
  • Good understanding of various instrument types, Equities, bonds, Term deposits etc.
