Investor Services Client Operations
As a result of the strong client and FUM growth, our client require an additional resource for its Auckland office to focus primarily on the support of their business.
THE ROLE
- Provide excellent client service and client query handling via phone and email.
- Process all client transaction requests and send to the Onboarding Team for review.
- Adhere to all AML requirements for any client documentation.
- Follow up on missing or incorrect information.
- All other background processing and administrative tasks
- Other Ad hoc duties and Project work
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in Investment Administration is preferred but not essential
- Experience in client services support functions within the industry is essential
- Strong attention to details
- Good understanding of various instrument types, Equities, bonds, Term deposits etc.
