Full Job Description

Our client, a non-bank mortgage lending company, is looking for a sole charge Loan Administration Manager to join their team and to assist the business in their next growth phase.

Reporting to the Director of Lending and Credit, your main responsibility will be to manage the entire loan documentation process including settlements.

ABOUT YOU

  • Banking/Finance sector experience preferably including mortgage lending or administration experience
  • Well developed verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience with loan and security documentation and the legal aspects of lending
  • Understand the importance of systems and procedures
  • Efficient and accurate
  • Strong computer skills, including Word & Excel
  • Is energetic and has a strong work ethic, is flexible, and has a can-do attitude
  • Enjoys working in a small team
  • Great personality and ability to build strong relationships
