Full Job Description

Our client, a mortgage lending company, is looking for an experienced Loan Administration Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Director Lending and Credit, you’re key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Management of the loan documentation process including settlements
  • Work within company guidelines and the legal aspects of lending including Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act and AML/CFT requirements.

ABOUT YOU

  • Banking/Finance sector experience preferably including mortgage lending or administration experience
  • Well developed verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience with loan and security documentation and the legal aspects of lending
  • Understand the importance of systems and procedures
  • Efficient and accurate
  • Strong computer skills, including Word & Excel
  • Is energetic and has a strong work ethic, is flexible, and has a can-do attitude
  • Enjoys working in a small team
  • Great personality and ability to build strong relationships
