Payments Administrator

Payments Administrator wanted for this small and specialised team. Payments/Settlements experience ideal, but general industry background considered.

The New Zealand office of this global company has a strong reputation and a professional but down to earth culture.  The role will be responsible for providing information to clients and managing scheduled events around the execution of payments.  Banking, custodial or finance industry based experience is preferred.

THE ROLE:

  • Answering client queries
  • Coordinating payments
  • Providing financial documentation to clients
  • Coordinating tax payments to IRD
  • Processing payments via NZClear or bank files

ABOUT YOU:

  • Payments/Settlements experience – ideally from Equities or Fixed Interest (ideal)
  • Finance industry experience (essential)
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Accurate and able to work to deadlines
