Payouts / Compliance Officer

Experienced settlements officer required for well established motor vehicle finance company

Our client, a prestigious motor vehicle finance brand, is looking for an experienced Payouts officer to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. As an experienced Payouts officer you would primarily be responsible for completing data entry into multiple systems, performing credit / compliance checks via external agencies and in house processes and handling all enquiries.

THE ROLE

  • Lending & Settlement Document Preparation
  • Administrative support for all aspects of loan processing, including origination, compliance & customer services to clients.
  • Administration duties as and when they arise
  • Enquiries via email
ABOUT YOU
  • Previous settlements experience preferably in automotive finance
  • A confident individual motivated when working under pressure to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Methodical and disciplined style with ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • A strong communicator both in written form and verbally (telephone and face to face).
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems
  • Excellent data entry skills
