THE ROLE
To assess what the company does and how they do it, to look at their systems and make recommendations on how they can work more efficiently around operations and workflow processes.

ABOUT YOU
You won’t necessarily be a formal Change Manager or Process Improvement Specialist, but you will have a funds, investments, custodial, registry or similar operations background with a strong understanding across investment clients services, onboarding, and regulatory onboarding processes and ongoing investment/client admin/ops etc.
