Team Leader – The Role

Lead and grow a boutique phone based account management & relationship team, global financial services firm, positive culture, excellent salary & bonus plan.

Our client is a fantastic employer and a global brand in the financial services industry. They operate several sales teams in NZ, across diverse products, industry sectors and countries. This is a leadership opportunity within a newly created phone based sales team. It’s a hands-on team mentoring role where you’ll be able to influence process, develop/implement strategy and maintain team morale with a passionate and positive leadership style.

This is a B2B account management team is focused on channel relationship management and client retention/servicing, but not with a call centre environment/mentality. There are no volume KPI’s, as it’s more about driving quality communication and relationship outcomes. The team is relatively inexperienced, so they will thrive on positive leadership and direction. The team is doing well but there are refinements to be made and there will be future recruitment to execute as the team will need to grow.
