This growing Fund Manager offers commercial property syndications to Wholesale Investors. The fund raises capital to source further investment opportunties via direct referral, accountants, solicitors, financial advisors. The focus is to give investors a strong return without the risk v return of more speculative markets. The firm has several successful property funds, plus successful commercial syndications, and have wider interests across mortgage broking and property management. They have a strong focus to build an independent Wealth Advisory team around this, with this role being a foundation hire.
The Role
Working as part of a bespoke capital raising team, the main focus is to grow property syndication investor relationships and investment inflows through developing fresh intermediary channels and direct wholesale investor relationships. Working with high networth individuals, you’ll also have licence to give quality financial advice and investment planning to key investors. Reporting to the Director of Investment Relations, this role has leadership potential to grow a Wealth Advisory team around you.
About You
You’ll have a confident relationship style, with a strong business focus and ideally a passion/interest to develop investor relationships across commercial property/real estate, plus a highly polished approach, given it’s a bespoke but professional environment. You’ll ideally have L5 investment qualification, with at least 5 years working across wealth advisory, investment capital raising, investor relations, or funds management.
The role will suit someone who wants autonomy and variety working in a small team and to diversify their existing investment or property related background. the position offers a good base salary underwriter, over a generous time period, with room to smooth to a lucrative commission structure. There is room for leadership career development as the firm is focussed on growing it’s wealth advisory team.
