Jennifer will be a key member of the Virtue team, managing our digital marketing and communications, candidate management, talent sourcing and recruitment support.

With a Tertiary Degree in Marketing & Communications and several years in marketing, administration and recruitment roles, Jennifer is an ideal fit as our Recruitment & Marketing Coordinator.

Jennifer has a natural interest in working with people, supporting a team environment and loves connecting with candidates and clients alike, be this via social or face to face.

Not sure what happened to more endearing terms such as “loyal” or “stable” – but unless you’re keen to be part of the next Jurassic Park movie, the smart money for job marketability and career advancement is through actively changing employers on a regular basis.”

man-96587_1920“It’s a great time to be in the NZ job market, particularly within the financial sector, given hiring demand for many roles is greater than the supply of talent. Unless you fit into a hiring category I’ll call the “M zone”. “M” as for Moa”, “Mammoth” and “M” as for “Middle Management”, given these roles are almost as extinct. I’m all for good causes like “Save the Whale” – but maybe it’s time to start a campaign to “Save Middle Management”?”
