Business Development Manager

Our client, a reputable financial services organisation, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive referral partnerships and expand our business network. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in building relationships, generating leads, and securing high-quality referrals from businesses and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key business partners, brokers, and referral sources.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase referral business and grow market presence.
  • Present our clients products and services to potential partners in a value-driven way.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales and referral targets.

About you:

  • Proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or commercial finance.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
