Credit Manager – Lending & Risk
The Role
Working closely with key stakeholders across internal srelationship teams and client relationships to manage smooth and productive lending outcomes, this position is a senior role managing complex credit and risk lending decisions with your key focus being:
- Reviewing credit applications with a high standard of financial and risk analysis.
- Approving or declining applications
- Portfolio risk management and annual reviews
- Supporting the business across a quality Credit Risk Management Framework
- Providing guidance, training, and credit support to internal stakeholders
About You
- Extensive business or commercial lending experience within a bank or financial services institution
- Commercial thinker, strong communication skills to build realtionships with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Collaborative and self-motivated with ability to work in a small motivated team environment with senior lending experts
