Our Client, a New Zealand-owned investment company specialising in property-related opportunities for wholesale investors is looking for an energetic, motivated Business Support professional to join their team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll be the professional face of the organisation. This role is central to ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, while also providing proactive support across the wider business.
- Welcoming and hosting clients and guests, ensuring a professional first impression
- Managing reception, calls, enquiries, and meeting room set-up
- Coordinating office operations, supplies, and supplier contracts
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and document preparation
- Assisting with internal events, catering, couriers, and deliveries
- Contributing to process improvements
About You
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
- Corporate or professional services background preferred
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Warm, professional, and well-presented, with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Energetic and ambitious, eager to take ownership of tasks and deliver to a high standard
