Analyst – M&A/Corporate Finance
This is a unique chance to join a respected corporate finance and investment banking team offering industry experience that is second to none. The firm has a national focus, across a wide range of M & A sell side services, plus a number of wider business advisory and consultancy services. As an Investment Analyst, you’d work closely with Investement Managers and Directors on a project basis, support deals from term sheet to completion. It’s a very busy and exciting opporunity with a team who enjoy a balanced and fun culture – but where high performance is recognised and celebrated.
Financial Modelling, Due Diligence, Valuations and Financial reporting are all key parts to supporting deals as they progress. Whilst Managers and Directors are client facing, they will and do allow Analysts to get in front of customers and decision makers when appropriate.
Whilst 1 – 2 years investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or similar investment analytical background is ideal, the firm will develop the right person, provided you’ve got strong financial analytical skills and importantly, good written communication skills across business and financial reporting, so abackground from Audit/Business Services or Financial Assurance from a CA Firm would be considered.
