Broker Development Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and intermediaries to grow origination.
- Deliver credit, product, and process training to improve application flow and broker outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, providing constructive solutions to enhance lending processes.
- Work autonomously in a flexible, relationship-focused role, managing your own pipeline and priorities.
Who you are:
- Experienced in Broker BDM or sales roles within residential mortgage, ideally in non-bank lending, broking, or bank environments.
- Strong knowledge of the broker landscape and existing professional networks.
- Self-motivated, organised, and confident in driving results independently.
- Relationship-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
