Client Experience Associate

As a Client Experience Associate, you’ll become a specialist in the team and one of the first points of contact – making you a critical part of the investment experience.

You’ll not only help clients get started on their investment journeys but also play a key role in maintaining the high service standards that our client is known for. This is a role where your attention to detail, people skills, and care will have a real and lasting impact.

THE ROLE

  • Responding to client queries, providing clear, helpful support
  • Supporting new clients by processing applications and guiding them through
  • Personally welcoming new clients with follow-up calls, helping them get the most from their investment
  • Leverage your skillset leading small but important projects that improve client      information and platform experience

 ABOUT YOU

  •  Experience in client services or operations and knowledge of KiwiSaver, onboarding/withdrawals, and investment funds preferrable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • A client-first attitude — genuinely caring about doing right by the people you serve.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, with some understanding of AML/CFT rules/regs.
