Client Operations Associate

Join a high-performing, supportive team that delivers exceptional service and operational support for new and existing investors. Due to continued growth in clients and funds under management, Milford Asset Management is seeking Client Operations Associates to join their Auckland CBD Office.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, build strong foundations in investment management, and develop their skills in client operations within a collaborative environment.

THE ROLE

As a Client Operations Associate, you’ll support the operations team with transaction processing and administrative tasks, gaining hands-on experience in investment administration and compliance.

· Assisting with the processing of client transaction requests

· Supporting client query handling related to transactions and administration

· Reviewing client documentation and assisting with AML/CFT requirements

· Following up on missing or incomplete information under supervision

· Completing administrative tasks, data entry, and assisting with project work

ABOUT YOU

Some experience in an administrative role, or financial services is beneficial but not essential. You’ll likely be successful in the role if you bring:

· Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

· High attention to detail and good organisational skills

· A client-first attitude with a genuine interest in helping people

· Interest in investments, financial services, or operations would be advantageous

· Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or a related field preferred
