Investor Relations Coordinator
THE ROLE
- Supporting the Investor Relations and Wealth Advisory teams with client onboarding and enquiries.
- Assisting investors with applications and ensuring smooth processes from start to finish.
- Helping prepare communications such as investor updates, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating events and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and learning about compliance requirements.
- Being a welcoming first point of contact for clients and investors.
ABOUT YOU
This role is designed for a graduate with 1-2 years experience, who is ready to learn and grow.
- A genuine interest in finance, investments, or property.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Confidence with technology and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to deliver great results for our clients.
