Investor Relations Coordinator

THE ROLE

  • Supporting the Investor Relations and Wealth Advisory teams with client onboarding and enquiries.
  • Assisting investors with applications and ensuring smooth processes from start to finish.
  • Helping prepare communications such as investor updates, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinating events and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and learning about compliance requirements.
  • Being a welcoming first point of contact for clients and investors.

ABOUT YOU

This role is designed for a graduate with 1-2 years experience, who is ready to learn and grow.

  • A genuine interest in finance, investments, or property.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Confidence with technology and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated to deliver great results for our clients.
