Investor Services Associate
Our client is a specialist investment and capital solutions business focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for investors and stakeholders. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Administrator to support the administration, documentation, and operational requirements of their investment and capital-raising activities.
The Role
This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of investment transactions, investor communications, compliance records, and reporting requirements. You will work closely with the Investment Team to support the ongoing growth of the company while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage investment documentation and legal contracts.
- Communicate directly with investors and stakeholders via email and other channels.
- Maintain AML/CFT compliance records and support regulatory requirements.
- Administer investment transactions, including advances, repayments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records, data entry, and investment-related documentation.
- Prepare monthly reporting for investors and stakeholders.
- Provide information to clients and monitor responses and follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update the Investment Registry software and associated records.
- Work collaboratively with the Investment Team to support capital-raising activities and operational objectives.
About You
- Previous experience in investment administration, financial services, lending, banking, or a related industry.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with legal documents, compliance requirements, and financial information.
- Experience with AML/CFT processes and regulatory compliance (preferred).
- Strong computer literacy and experience using CRM, registry, or financial administration systems.
